Training is often done over Skype. The client will discuss the business process with our Trainor or Senior Staff, then, they give the best possible ways to train the newly hired staff. We ensure that your staff is well trained before onboarding.

Training timeline depends on the scope and difficulty of work, and if the client already has created training modules. Most of the time, clients can train their staff in as little as 3-4 weeks, if not sooner.

Yes. You’re very welcome to visit the Philippines to train your staff in person. Some cases, we have sent key team members to the client's site for in-person training.
