# Philippines, call center capital of the world As generations passed by, our technologies kept evolving. Philippines remains the call center capital of the world (Mercurio, 2018). Industries like outsourcing services are expected to continue developing in the Philippines. As Mercurio stated, in the past decade, outsourcing is one of the top revenues here. Until now, it is one of the top revenues in the Philippines. Business process outsourcing has been in a long run in the country and still continues to grow. These businesses gave the opportunity to showcase Filipino attitudes globally when it comes to work. This offshore outsourcing helps big time in the company since it allows them to have hard working employees and the company can have more savings. Business outsourcing in the Philippines helped clients globally to ease their workload which ranges from customer support to back office work. (Twin, 2021) Filipino agents were trained based on the client’s requirements. Filipinos were known to easily adapt to changes that happened within them. The reason why clients also prefer Filipinos workers is because they are known for being hardworking. With that, being able to adapt and hardworking they can easily attain the standard set by the client. As we move forward to the future, outsourcing companies will develop in the Philippines.
