# 5 eCommerce tasks you can assign to your virtual assistant to grow your business in 2022 Having a business is not as easy as we imagined, managing things that are needed to be checked and needed to update, it’s just endless. Just by thinking about it, it is draining. But as an owner, there’s no time to be lazy and skip work. Imagine having a virtual assistant, they do the administrative work as you, a business owner focuses on expanding and running your business. Alison Doyle (2021) stated that virtual assistants are the ones who are assigned in administrative tasks or in layman’s term secretary work. They arrange schedules, make appointments, and phone calls but the difference from a regular assistant is that they do work at home. Just by thinking about it, it surely can ease and focus on your main goal. Have you ever wondered about outsourcing a virtual assistant? Have you ever considered having a Filipino virtual assistant? Outsourcing a virtual assistant is much less hassle on your part because you can make a contract for their services for less money compared to hiring a full-time employee. Surely, these assistants will give quality work like a full-time employee. Due to pandemic, hiring assistants can be a risk to your business. In my opinion, hiring a virtual assistant is more efficient than taking risk of hiring an assistant to work in your office. Filipinos are known to be hard workers and responsible with their work. Filipinos are also known to be resourceful in solving or working on their tasks. Having a Filipino virtual assistant can make you trust their work because of their attitude on work. Even though they are offshore assistants, Filipinos can give you an assurance with their work. ### These are the 5 eCommerce task under virtual assistant services --- 1. **Customer Service** - In order for you to expand business, one of your priorities are the customers. If you hire a virtual assistant with exemplary communication skills, and knows how to handle situations via phone calls, emails, etc. that your company uses can help boost your business. 2. **Order Processing** - Using the software your company uses, a virtual assistant can process orders for you -- Order entry, processing of payments, sending invoices to your customer and other tasks. This type of task can give a lot of help to you as you focus on your goal. 3. **Manage Inventory** - Have a problem in updating your inventory? A virtual assistant can manage your inventory and update you with the quantity of the stocks on your warehouse. 4. **Order Products** - A virtual assistant can also be the one to order the product and also contact your supplier regarding your products.
